
Formation Manager
The Formation Manager is a full-time position, responsible for managing recruitment and development strategies, facilitating leadership development training, and contributing to the development of the online learning management system.
Responsibilities
Management
Manage the California Clergy Formation program; recruiting scheduling, promoting and filling four clergy cohorts among participating network organizations and in partnership with coalition partners, the Coalition Director and regional coaches. Responsibilities include curating and facilitating four clergy cohorts utilizing the POR cohort framework, scheduling speakers, and coordinating with the Operations Manager around virtual and physical events.
Manage the Black Staff Wellness Program deliverables,coordinating with the Operations Manager and Programs Influencer around events and services.
Prepare an end of year, 360 Report on program effectiveness.
Administrative
Maintain internal systems of Monday.com, email, Google calendar with all work represented.
Participate with internal meetings across the organization in service to shared goals.
National Program Expansion
Coordinate with the Executive Director, Managing Director and partners to develop and launch programs in service to leader and organizational formation across the country.
Provide facilitation capacity, as needed, around organizational service delivery.
Learning Management System
Contribute to development of e-learning tools with the LMS team.
Qualifications

Cultural competence to work in a multicultural environment
5+ years experience in adult formation and/or faith-based leadership development.
Ability to handle multiple, high-leverage partner relationships in execution of overall organization strategy
Self-Starter – you should be able to learn quickly and be resourceful in finding answers to questions or problems you are not familiar with
Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to mission
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Apple/Macbook proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, board or other outside partners
Bridge-building and conflict resolution orientation
This is a remote position and requires no geographical base.
