What’s the goal of this fellowship?
Our goal over the next year is to establish new, enduring institutions—Chambers of Belonging—in three cities across the nation. These regional institutions will serve as hubs where diverse leaders come together to co-create solutions that address the unique challenges facing their communities. Through collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose, we will lay the groundwork for a future where every person, regardless of background, has a genuine sense of belonging.
-
As a Fellow, all your learning experiences are of no charge to you. However, travel to all in-person retreats and Learning Labs is the responsibility of each fellow. We encourage you to connect with your local champion for any other questions about your travel.
-
The Alabama Learning Lab is 4 days and 3 nights. The South Africa Learning Lab is 8 days and 7 nights. With the international travel, you should plan for at least a ten day travel itinerary.
-
We understand that you are a busy leader! We also have curated this fellowship with all the virtual calls previously scheduled so you can make space for this experience. While emergencies do happen, we are asking you to commit to the virtual call schedule as a part of joining the fellowship.
