
Production Associate
The Production Associate is an FTE role, primarily providing support to the Business Development team. The core duties and responsibilities revolve around technical support for events and administrative support for leadership and projects. This role reports to the Chief Business Development Officer.
Responsibilities
Production Support
Facilitate project coordination for business development activities including asset collection, photo and film shoots, multimedia design, and deployment as needed for organizational activities.
Key associate in our client relationship management strategy.
Provide on-site logistical support on production days.
Support Monday.com timeline management ensuring projects meet production deadlines.
Attend business development and creative related meetings as determined by the Chief Business Development Officer.
Administrative
Support Chief Business Development Officer with administrative systems including calendaring, email, and financial reporting.
Attend all team meetings.
Maintain internal systems of Monday.com, email, Google calendar with all work represented.
Office Support
Share Oakland office coordination, serving as an organizational liaison for access and site meeting coordination alongside Program Associate.
Qualifications
Highly proficient in digital streaming platforms and facilitating virtual events.
Highly proficient in creating slide decks in Apple Keynote software.
Highly proficient in Digital project management systems (Monday.com/Slack)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proven administrative experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-Starter – you should be able to learn quickly and be resourceful in finding answers to questions or problems you are not familiar with
Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to the mission
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Apple software, Google Docs, and Macbook systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; versed in effectively communicating next steps and organizing data
